Liquid Gold

Yesterday on my birthday I participated in my second 1/2 Marthon, this one with my nephew (13) and some other friends. Previously my first was the Eugene Marathon in April. I also got to test out the new sustainable refillable single shot flask for liquid gold. We are prototyping it and also an arm band that will hold the single shots while you run. LG definitely helped prevent the crash in miles 7 through 10.

On Thursday evening my wife (Kelly), and two boys (John and Eli) piled in the volvo wagon and headed for sunriver for what has become our annual trek to Pacific Crest Weekend http://www.racecenter.com/pacificcrest/. This year we met up with Kevin and Kelley Menard great friends who operate transition bikes. It was fun to see them and show Kevin how Liquid Gold has come to life since he was one of the product originators.
