We are just amazed. After a great event at the Olympic Trials, we felt satisfied with our roll out and looking forward to 2009. That was until the folks at the Portland Marathon asked if we'd be interested in providing race fuel at aid stations. We were amazed, and especially so since we are the only gel they wanted there. We're at the "Sports Authority Sports & Fitness Expo" Friday and Saturday at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower (921 SW 6th Ave.), and on the course for Sunday. On Thursday evening my wife (Kelly), and two boys (John and Eli) piled in the volvo wagon and headed for sunriver for what has become our annual trek to Pacific Crest Weekend http://www.racecenter.com/pacificcrest/. This year we met up with Kevin and Kelley Menard great friends who operate transition bikes. It was fun to see them and show Kevin how Liquid Gold has come to life since he was one of the product originators.

Here in Eugene, track and field is a big deal. This summer we are hosting the Olympic Track and Field Trials for the first time in 28 years. To locals it goes without saying that we take huge pride in this event and it's going to be huge.
